A "mod" that converts it? You mean changes a VB4 install to VB3?

Yes, impossible.

Do you mean a "style" that makes VB4 look a lot like VB3? Possible... I've seen people mention they were out there, would search for it.

Do you mean a way to downgrade from VB4 to VB3? I've seen other websites offer this service for a fee, I would google it.
