mod for mobile suite

is it possible to create mod for mobile suite?

i would like to have a mod that restricts to only certain usergroup members to login through iphone app. those members who do not belongs to the group will be deny logging in.

not really sure which file to look into.

any insights?

Just use the regular hooks you would use on your site only put a condition around them:

(although this is going to be tricky. The user needs to actually login in order for you to know what usergroup they are in. So, you will have to think about what your action is going to be for the user after they login in since you can't actually stop them from logging in.)

thanks for the direction.

i am okay with them logging in as long as only certain usergroup such as premium usergroup can view via the iphone app and other normal member see a blank page or no content.

however, when logging through the normal web browser, everyone is able to access all content.
