I'm not sure if this is exactly what you want, but try this:

1. Navigate in your adminCP to: Custom BB Codes > BB Code Manager > Button: Add new BB Code

2. Add the following in the according fields:

Title: Choose any title you like

BB-Code Tag: Choose a tag you like to use. The term you enter here will be your resulting BB Code Tag you can use inside posts. If you set the BB-Code Tag to let's say "onlineTV" your tag will be:

Example: You can add the example tag here, this field isn't really important for it to work so you can skip that if you like

Description: Enter a description for the code tag

Use {option}: Choose no

Button Image: If you like to appear the tag as a button in the editor, you can specify an image here, I suggest to leave it blank.

Leave the rest as is.

Save and open your forums.
If you now use the tag in any post, the video embed from the first link you provided should appear.
Since they don't offer real embed codes, it's a bit tricky and you have to create a custom tag for each video you want to embed and you'll need the source code from each individual video from the site you want to embed.
