Lost everything
 
Hi, I want to update my forum but I am not able to because I lost my customer key. Is there any other way I can download it? I want to prevent my site from being hacked that's why I want to update. I'm on 4.0.6 still.. Please help guys.

I believe you can email sales@vbulletin.com or support@vbulletin.com and retrieve your information

Simple way to get your customer number is go to vbulletin.com on the top click on Customer log in ... type anything in the fields for username and password and click log in once u do that it will tell you the info you put in is wrong and will give you option to reset your password and request your customer number. in order to reset your password you have to get customer account number first and they will send on your purchasing email. Hope that helps
