Upgrading a Paid Membership to the next Tier for cheaper?

I implimented a paid membership on my forums with two levels, one of them $10, the other $20.

However I would like that if you are a member of the $10 membership, that you can upgrade to the higher one for just $10, and not have to pay the full $20.

I can't find an option for this and searching hasn't brought up anything.

Is there anyway to accomplish this?
