Profile design does not work

Hi everyone,

I use vBulletin 3.8.5 and find the best software yet altie. I have a problem happens, and that is profile.php? do = when I customize my profile shape is not like I can not check colors so there is no color bar appeared very iritant because now my party can not design their profile. What must I do to get this to work?
