edit block unregistered user alert
 

If I block everything for unregistered users, is there any way to edit the screen they are shown prompting them to register in order to see information? If so, what file to I edit?

Easy way to edit this.

login to your admin panel

open up languages & phrases

click on search in phrases

in the search for text type in part of the phrase like - If this is you

it will find a phrase name called notice_1_html

simply click the edit button next to it and modify how you like in the text area below varname

click save and your done :)
