Reoccurring Notice or Announcement?

Is there a way to create a reoccurring Notice or Announcement?

We have an event that happens the last Saturday of each month. I've been manually enabling/disabling a Notice on the forum each month for 5 days up to this event. Is there a way to automatically make this action happen?

I don't think so. But if you have it on the calendar, and you copy "Upcoming Events for the Next x Day(s)" at the top of your forum, you're a bit closer.
