Any way to reset thread subscriptions for users?

My hosts have moved my site to a new server and in the process, all my users' Thread subscriptions have defaulted to None instead of 'Instant through email'.

Is there any way I can easily resubscribe users to threads they've posted in?
The select all checkbox in the thread subscriptions only selects the current page.
