How can I change the order of TAB in a form?

Hi everyone,

I would like to re-order the tab index on the register page in 4.1.3 so the people registering could just tab away into the reCaptcha textbox. Is it possible? As for now when the user is filling all the fields ant tabbing between them, the reCaptcha box is skipped and sent straight into the Location field (which is right below the reCaptcha box duh).
