add a new profile field for profile registration

Hi,

I want to add a profile field for my profile registration. When I searched in vbulletin.org forum, its showing

AdminCP -> User Profile Fields -> Add New User Profile Field

But there is nothing like "User Profile Fields" in vbulletin 4.0.3 version.

Plz clarify.

Should be below usergroups in left hand side of admincp

Groups
User Infractions
User Profile Fields
