Hi Vbulletin support team,
Chavame.com/forum had bough a lisence of VBB from Tan Duc Technical Development and Trading JS Company, Add: 103 Pasteur St, Dist 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam, www.tdt-tanduc.com, tdt@hcm.vnn.vn. Price of lisence is $275
They confirmed they are a reseller off Vbulletin at Vietnam. After we paid, Tan Duc just send to me the Source code of Vbb 4.1.2 burned in a CD and a Customer Number. When we want to download VBB 4.1.3, we contacted to Tan Duc and ask Password of Customer Number but Tan Duc did not provide for us. They told because that is a password of reseller, and they did not give us.
I want to know, Are all thing right when I have Customer Number but reseller keep password? And LIC of us is from Vbulletin for our domain, isn’t it?
