Turn Off Reply with Quote
 

I try to turn off the " Reply with Quote" feature, when I requested support, I get the following to remove this code from the postbit template

However when I remove it, the feature tid not turn off. Then I contacted support again, them I was told that in order to do that, some programming efforr is needed

any help on how to turn this feature off
