Best method for setting up sponsors as mods but not mods

Hi,

Im in need of giving my sponsors their own subforums with them as their own moderator. But when I do this it also shows them as mods on the Forum Leaders page.

How can I have them with edit, delete, close and stick permissions for any thread/post only in their forums and not other sponsors forums without being actual mods?
