Auto Time Changing Skins -- Can it be done??
 

I been digging with no luck across the internet looking for a way to change a forum's skin from day time to night time by looking at the local members computer time.
Place in the admin panel to where you could turn it off or on & then pick your default day skin & night skin, after that the admin can then set the times it would change from day to night & back.

Has this been done or can be it even be done??

it could be done but im sure it will cost u to hire a coder

I have done some kind of this before for my client, auto change the background on daily and nightly time.

It's possible, but if you're looking for st that can be set from admin control panel and user option, you sure have to hire a coder to make it for you.
