Need Help with style please

On my New Thread page the Additional Options and Your Message are sloppy. How can I change these styles/colors? I tried to find the main HTML document but all of them redirect and what not.

I would like to add more padding because as you can see on the "Attachments"/"Subscription" etc. option, its not easy to read.

Heres a picture. Please Help!
