Is there a hack, or something in vB that would enable a moderator or administrator to move 1 post from a thread to another forum or thread, instead of deleting it?

I'll have my partner register and give it to you. I didn't pay for the board, he did, I'm just trying to set it up and this was something that was asked. While I may have his information, its not in my name, therefore I am not going to put it in my profile. Thanks for the reply..
