Help with the Paid Subscription. Usergroup Not Changing Automatically.

When a user subscribed for subscription then
1 - Admin is not getting notification via mail
2 - Automatically Subscriber Usergroup is not changing

So basically.. wen a registered member subscribe.. he should move to the VIP useergroup according my setting. but itz not happening...
