How can I take away the header, navtab, navbar and the footer?
 

Hi all:

I am a newbie to this.

What can I take away code for the header, navtab, navbar, and the footer; so that only body can be used? If I wanted to put it in the iframe, I do not have to have two headers, ... and footers in the same page.

In your template, just remove {vb:raw header}, {vb:raw navbar} and {vb:raw footer}
