Hi Everyone on my forum i need for my staff members to be able to scroll down when they are posting a reply to be able to pick

sorry i forgot to say i am using 3.8.1 vbulletin

And be able to do it in different colours if possible at all how would i be able to do this and also set certain forums or one catergory to use it.Thank you in advance
