How can I import video from my site and it will be supported

When I import a video from the next websites:

* Hulu
* YouTube
* Vimeo
* Dailymotion
* Metacafe
* Google
* facebook

The videos played perfectly from within the articles (no need to do a shortcut and make the visitors to be redirected to youtube site for example)

I am trying to do that for my own media site http://www.3rabstube.com and http://www.arabsmp3.com

How can I make their video types supported as well, knowing that http://www.3rabstube.com are from the company http://www.mediasharesuite.com
and http://www.arabsmp3.com are from http://www.phpmotion.com

Please help me to make them supported as well or guide me to do so.
