avatars showing up bigger on some users ???

i have a few users avatars and sigs showing up larger than normal and its covering some of there posts is there a way to fix this

Can we get a link to see this? What size do you allow the users in these usergroup to have their avatars? If they are in multiple usergroups, then what is the largest avatar size of the groups?
