The quick reply bloke in a thread is only showing to me (admin)
any idea why its not displaying to other users.
I only noticed this todayso i have no idea how long its been like this as
i dont have many active members.
Help plzzzzz

Check the usergroup manager > find usergroup > make sure "Require Human Verification on Configured Actions" is not set to Yes for the usergroups.
