stop banned user re-register
 
meanly as title says i have some one who keeps coming on my forum and harassing some of my users but i just cant stop him i have installed https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=199077 but its not detecting him can anyone point out a mod that will catch him out i have looked but got a sore head for looking that much lol

What is actually the problem?

You ban him, he registers again, with a different username and email address?

Very hard to do anything about. If he is on the same IP, you can ban the IP, but if he is mobile, that will not help.

You will have to provide some "pattern" that he is identifiable by, otherwise, you can not get help here. If he is identifiable only the way he expresses himself in postings, then it is very hard to do anything technically.
