Survey Mod
 

Hello,

Is there currently a Mod that allows staff to create a survey for members to take? For example, I want to create a survey which asks users how they heard about us? Maybe something similar to this but not a staff application. Any ideas?

That's a pretty good idea. I've been looking for a second major mod to create. Go ahead and private message me details and maybe I'll develop it :)
