How to add banner in first post like freshwap
 
I want to add banner in the first post like freshwap.net forum.
Example: http://i1.ambrybox.com/250411/1303726678644.png

I want to banner like in the picture. So How to do this ?

Please help me.

You could try using the Ad manager.

Admin CP>Advertising>Add new Ad> for the page select Thread.

or edit your threadbit template, if you search the template modifications section for Adsense you'll find lots of examples in there, you don't have to use Adsense of course, just replace the Adsense code with whatever banner code you wish to use.

But I want to do like freshwap. So which section I can edit in threadbit ? After / before which code .... ?
