CMS Page Lanugage Issue

Hi!
I was working with a vBulletin installation and it have two languages installed. Content of the Home Page (CMS) is written in Non-English language. Is there any way to make it English when users selects English as his/her language? [Similar the working way of VB Phrases]
Means, home page content will be translated accordingly language selection!! :confused:
