Intermediate Designers/Dev's Needed!
 

I've been working on my site for just under 3 weeks now but I can't do it alone. I have another partner but he's been gone for a week or so now and has a busy life so I come here in need of an active partner. Someone who can design and develop on at least an intermediate level, although if you know just more than the basics of vBulletin and PhpFox then your good. This is just a fun thing so if your interested you won't be paid.

Basic concept of the site:

Well the idea of the site is programming, it's basically a forum related to misc programming languages etc. I've thought to combine vBulletin & PhpFox for a social programming site. So you can have the social aspect along with the programming aspect. The idea is not finished yet nor is the site but ideas would be nice. The name is CodedMinds, not sharing the domain until the site is done tho.
