Our forum hosts our own images and we request members to use our hosting for various reasons. I recently installed "Restrict external images in [img] BBCode" by Sph1nX and it serves our purpose except that we don't need to enforce this in all forums.

I am wondering if anyone would be willing to create a mod that does something similar with the following enhancements:

1. Have it's own CP to allow activation per forum much like AME - Auto Media Embedder
2. Warn the user before completing the post that the image is not hosted on our server and allow them to correct the issue at the time.

If one is already available somewhere I apologize but my searches didn't turn anything up.
