Limit Blog access to specific users

Hello,
I've just moved to the vB Blogs system and was wondering if Its possible to have the following setup:

All users can view and comment on blog posts.
Only specific members can post blog entries.

I'm not sure how this could be pulled off, if at all.

I'm wondering the same thing. That was 2011.. its 2013... VB4.. can it be done?

You can do that via Usergroup permissions.
