[HELP] BB code to open internal links in new window + nofollow?
 

My vB is setup so all internal links open in the same window. The problem is that I am setting up my affiliate links through a PHP redirect on the server (i.e. so I can use "domain.com/recommends/product" instead of the ugly affiliate link). But since those links are still on my domain, by default they open up in the same window and I don't want them to. Would there be any possible way to selectively force internal links of my choosing (the affiliate links) to open in a new window AND nofollow them thru a BB code?

Would it be something along the lines of this?

<a rel="nofollow" href="{param}" target="blank"></a>

And if so, how/where to I put the anchor text in?
