[BUG] Board censor not applied to score comments?
 

A board I help run just had one of the users post some rather...ahem...special comments, that appeared uncensored. After searching the arcade code, it seems like the arcade doesn't apply the board censor option to arcade comments.

I edited the files on my end to fix the issue, though I had to disregard checking the censor option to do so (file errored out otherwise, I think because $vbulletin isn't defined in there at all like I'm used to).

This occurred in 3.8.7, but I have a feeling 4.x is also affected.

Bump. This is a pretty nasty issue, particularly if a forum with the arcade allows young children to register and post.

And as far as I can tell, the fetch_censored_text function doesn't do anything to the text if the censor is off, so my comment about having to disregard the state of the censor is irrelevant.
