HASH Patch?

So I hear about this way to hack with using Hashes ? Once someone decrypts the patch the hacker can do anything they want, how do you patch it ? don't want to buy if it'll just get hacked

I'm not sure what you are asking but right now there are no known security issues in the software - either the 3.8 version or the 4.x version.
