Blank page and RewriteBase on vbseo

Hello,

I get problem with vbseo.
When i run with default .htaccess of vbseo, i get blank page at all.
I has search and fix by removed # at RewriteBase /

default .htaccess file:

Not have blankpage after edit .htaccess, but i get a wrong url rewrite same as :
hxxp://www.domain.com/domain.com/forum-title/theard-title...
