I need your advice

My web site is about outdoor activities such as climbing, kayaking......

I have the full 4.1.3 suite.

I would like to post locations for these activities but the CMS being mostly for articles makes it rather not so user friendly for browsing.

What is the best way to set up an activity and let users browse locations or add locations?
