Phrases Not Showing up
 

Ive installed 2 new mods yesterday & the phrases dont show up.

One of them adds post templates to the post editor, i went to the new page (manually because the new link in ucp dont show up) to create a template, but theres no wrighting on the page. The new phrases arnt showing on the page.

Also i added a mod that adds a new option to mod options called vbtrash & the new option is added but theres no text...

Anyone know how to make them show?

You should be asking this in the modification threads. Perhaps you did not install them completely.

I thort that, but for it to happern to 2 different mods i thort something was up.

I installed the mods as normal, its just the phrases havent updated.

I just tried to edit a old phrase but the new edit didnt show up.

Is there anyway of updating phrases?

So i cant edit old phrases & when i install new mods the new phrases show up blank...

I had a similar problem a few months back when i edited a template the new edit didn't show on my site, but i downloaded the template & reuploaded it & then i saw the new edits on my site. Its like that now for the phrases...

Also i've flushed the cache.

And are you editing it by putting a translation in the English translation box? Or how are you going about it?

I went to Phrase Manager -> clicked edit, then put the new text in the 'English (US) Translation' box & clicked save.

On the site it still shows the old text for the phrase.

Do you only have on language in your Language Manager? And are you sure you are changing the correct phrase?

I just set up a test site from a back up & it works on there. When i edit a phrase i can see it on my test site straght away. I installed the 2 mods i mentioned in the first post & the phrases show up on there...

Its just my main site, new edits dont show & mods with new phrases show up blank.

If you have ticket support, I would put in a ticket and we can help with the issue of default phrases not changing. We cannot help with modifications though.
