Adding Drop Shadow

I'm wanting to add a drop shadow down each side and at the bottom of my pages as appears on here. I found this old thread https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=252450 on doing this, but couldn't find the section the reply post mentioned.

Could someone please give me directions for finding this in vb4.1.2?
