How do I get these icons above the header logo?

Basically as the title says, does anyone know how this is done? and how I can do it?

Whats the address of that site? Looks like they are using a custom template, If you did that with the default vB template's header it would look very ugly IMO since you will be putting space between the main header and all.

You could perhaps try something like this instead, we are using it with the default vB template and doesn't look that bad if you ask me :D
