At first hi all.
i am new to this and just bought vbulletin and theme.
Now i feel like i am sitting behind chess board without knowing how my pawn moves.
I am all confused and really need help.
Are there anyone can help to set up web site?
or someone does this for money etc.
what are my options ?

You could probably post in the Requests For Paid Services if you want to hire someone to set up your forum. There is a manual - vBulletin Manual. Most people start by creating the forums they want and going from there.
