Hi there im looking for a ultra secure login hack i want it to have 3 fields:

heres an example

username:weezle
password:ultra
secure check:1a6h47GDa5THf

and everytime they enter something incorrect it logs there ip address to a text file on my server. Then once they have done that they can enter my board normally.
