Online Users Wont Display
 
My Currently online users doesnt seem to be displaying. It just reads :

There are currently 2 users online. 2 members and 0 guests

Most users ever online was 21, 5th March 2011 at 07:30.
I have enabled the Who's online options. And no hide online status is set either. What else could be the issue? Any ideas ? my forumhome reads : The code in the forumhome template is as follows. This cropped upped after the 4.1.3 update if Im not mistaken.

edit : I just noticed that In FORUMDISPLAY {vb:raw activeusers} works and the new code

Does not. However if I try {vb:raw activeusers} in FORUMHOME it displays my usergroups.

I opened a support ticket as I was getting no replies. They gave me the usual instructions to re-upload and revert to default style.

I've narrowed it down to a plugin thats causing the issue. Can everyone else who is having this issue list out the mods they are using so I can pin point which one it is?

Found the buggy plugin : Usergroup Color Bar 2.0.0 Remove it and all should work fine.

Also any plugin that used the old activeusers code will give you an issue. So your culprits would include and username markup plugins or who's online now mods.

Sorry Boofo I was rather flustered going through a dozen plugins trying to find the culprit didn't even bother to check if it was updated. My bad. And thanks for the heads up.

yea, its working now. all i had to do is disable my old color bar product. i also installed the link above, and it's still working.
