Question About Templates
 
I've been trying to figure out which template or where exactly I would go to edit this, but haven't had any luck.

Does any one know where to go in the VBulletin templates or back-end to edit the info bar when you first visit a forum's home page? Our's got turned blue and I haven't been able to figure out where to go exactly to change it to white or the text to white.

Is that the Notices bar? That should be notices_background
