ioError when trying to upload attachments in 4.1.3
 
After upgrading to 4.1.3 I have a problem with uploading attachments.

I get this message and the upload fails:

[IOError type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhrase=2 text"Error #2038"]

I never saw this before upgrading to 4.1.3... any help would be awesome!

What version did you upgrade from? Did you try a search on vbulletin.com since this error has come up before? What is written in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) at the time you got this error? What happens when you go to admincp > maintenance > diagnostics > upload?
