Use the VB attachment manager for uploads
I'd like to reuse the VB attachment upload UI and code to handle a file upload on a part of my site that is not forum related. The VB code handles the upload, but the file ends up in some non VB directory on the server. The upload is triggered on an non-vb php page.
I figure the VB code will better than anything I can write and maintain. Users will also be familiar with the UI. Has anyone tried this before? Is it a good idea? Which file/class/call should I look at? Thanks |
