Show the "Groups" members are a part of in profile section within threads
 

I have about 5 or 6 groups that I've created on my forum. Groups were created with specific interests of our members. They can ask to join the groups and be a part of those.

Here's my question:

Once they've joined a group: My Profile>Join Group

Is there a way to show the groups they're a part of under their username, join date, location, post count, etc?
