Vbulletin Gallery image resize question

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if there is an option that i can set that will automatically resize images in the Gallery section of the site. In the user Album section that is.

A separate question though, if i can't do that, is there a good addon that i can get that can deal with that sort of thing and/or provide better picture gallery options?
