Add vb4 header to censura review system (integration)
 
I would like to add the header from my existing forum to a new installation of censura review system so that it appears as an integral 'tab' in our site.

Could someone point me to a good place to begin this process? Is there a header module that can be easily ported over to the sibling or child directory that houses the censura PHP and smarty template files?
