issue with RSS Feed

Dear Gents,
I have installed vbulletin forum on a hosting in my server and when i'm excuting the rss feed the following error

RSS Poster Robot

Warning: Unable to fetch RSS Feed in [path]/includes/class_rss_poster.php on line 232

Suite RSS Unable to open URL or no data returned
++++++++

I read in the internet and a got an idia that some configuration requered to be changed in the server to allow the RSS Feed ...

Can any one support what are the required permissions or configurations in the server to fix this issue ...

well i have had that error but it was a bad feed url or something was all
make sure the url of the rss is good will end in like index.rss it should return the rss if you have it setup correctly in rss setup

احيانا عند عمل تغذية rss تظهر الرسالة التالية:
Warning: Unable to fetch RSS Feed in [path]/includes/class_rss_poster.php
يمكن حلها ان شاء الله من خلال زيادة قيمة
memory_limit
upload_max_filesize
من خلال:
Service Configuration >> PHP Configuration Editor
حيث تم زيادتها الى 128 ميجا والحمد لله رب العالمين انحلت المشكلة.
