Profile Tabs

In VB3.8 if there were too many tabs, it hid them and had a button to navigate through the extras. Now in 4.0 there it just shows them and clutters the page. Is there a way to yet again hide them?

You man like the What's New and Forums tabs? If so, there is no easy way to hide them other than disabling them (like the CMS tab).
