Userid # 2 deleted and we need it restored urgently
Dear vbulletin members,
I have deleted a userid #2 from our site by mistake, and i used an add on called -Restore Deleted User- and then i restored all the posts and threads from userid #2 to a new user that i have created, but now that userid is different, and i need it to be userid #2. I know that i have to edit manually the tables in the php my Admin, can please get step by step instructions on how to do this? Lynne vbulletin Hero please help. Thank you Pearl MADDOG's Fiancee and C4L site Admin |
You can change the userid number in the database. After which, edit the config.php file to make that userid and any others you want, "unalterable users" to prevent this from happening again.
